Exercise Tip- I still remember the first time I stepped on the treadmill and couldn't even run 2 min without feeling like I was going to die! I realized I needed to start small and make realistic goals. There is a time and a place for all things and it may not be the time for you to run 5 days a week. You can start out by just taking little steps. Run a min Walk a min and repeat. Before you know it you'll be running miles with no problems.
My Training today- The schedule that I am following tells me that I should run 5 miles today. Its always hard to put on my running shoes at 8:30 at night and run that distance. I'm feeling sleepy and worn out from all of the daily activities. I would rather sit on the couch and watch Teen Mom. But do you know what?....I do it anyway! I ran with my trusty running friend Leslie. We did a 5 mile route that we do all of the time. I was feeling really good till the last mile and then my legs started to feel sluggish and I started to shuffle my feet. I dug in and finished the run. Feeling great that I decided not to skip this run.
