As I was making my game plan to lose weight I started to feel overwhelmed, and when I feel overwhelmed I usually quit! I really didn't know about what was good for you to eat. I didn't know where to start as far as exercise went. I decided to call up a lady in my neighborhood who I knew just lost a lot of weight and was a winner on Body for Life. (She had to know what shes doing cause it worked for her.)
The day I went and met with her was the day I got some of the best advice ever. As I was kind of going over what I thought was a great eating clean plan, she said "Your over thinking this. KEEP IT SIMPLE." I thought, "what? keep it simple" I thought eating clean and exercise was suppose to be hard and confusing. I thought you were suppose to have 20,000 ingredients in every meal with one of those being tofu. Who knew all it takes is to "KEEP IT SIMPLE" I will post in the eating clean section a run down of the eating clean plan we came up with. If you are familiar with Body for Life that is what I based it on. To be continued.....
